in the moment you are a killer/competitor. After the “moment” you are asked to be a human. I get that. Can a defender playing the game get 30 seconds to decompress and get away from the Oregon players, coaches and sidelines from yelling and attacking him? Is he allowed that time? Or no?

I mean Geezuz what are we doing. This walk on water crowd is too much.

I mean how many times do we see a big hit and IMMEDIATELY a guy takes a knee and checks in on the opponent. The answer is not often. Why should Sat night be different? I really don’t understand this.

1) it was brutal. It wasn’t late. The slide was.
2) Kid didn’t set best example of caring about his opponent. I get that. Fine. But lol ducks players, sideline and coaches (clearly!!!) didn’t allow that. And I’m ok with that they were emotional. By letter of law they too committed unsportsmanlike penalties too.  not best example by DS. Far from worst. Far.
3) refs missed the clear block in back and tackle by Oregon 4 yards and right in front of collision. No call. Thats BS too.
They Didnt miss the head tap on 3rd and 15 when Oregon receiver fell down and QB had no chance for a 1st. In 4th quarter did they?
