  I believe on third and seven, throwing that away from midfield pretty much was the game

  if you’ve got third and seven and you intend for it to be four Down territory you run the ball on third and seven because the defense isn’t sure whether you’re gonna run or pass they’re only gonna put six in the box or five.
  
  you should be able to get 4 yards easy possibly seven now you’ve got fourth and one or two
  
  i’m not sure whose decision it was to go deep like that but that’s a huge mistake on third and seven

    I’m sure you know far better than to think that they only have one option per play
    
    they usually have three or four options to throw to. although as I said, I think to me that’s a running play or I run the quarterback as he rolls out and sees nothing then he can takeoff and gain 4567
    
    I think that was the quarterback, deciding he had a mismatched down field thought he could get a PI or a catch and got neither
    
    either way that was the ball game
