      Think of tearing your hamstring but in your ass.

      The report I read did not differentiate if it was Medius (biggest muscle you have) vs minimus which is more common.

      Either way, just like a hamstring muscle tears do NOT HEAL. They scar. Focus is on strengthening surround muscle. Stem cells, and Prp.

      The last thing you want is to go at it too early and extend the tear, much like a hamstring.

      Tends to be a nagging injury. Guess is six weeks depending on size of tear. He’s tough dude. Probably wants to play now. sc
