i think based on this if it  weren’t for the last drive Fresno might have had negative rushing yards.  I can’t imagine what positive they can take from this game.  This isn’t a low level d1 school.  They went 9-4 last year and are 4-1 versus ucla this century.

Watching the game I had the impression FSU had some success running against us. That stat line indicated otherwise, but then the sacks and TFL ‘s were big negatives for Fresno.

        Coaching note for Fresno qb.

for the rest of the year. Never.  Ever. Back up into your own end zone.  Did so 3 times against USC and it ended really badly each time.

just get rid of the ball and punt.

Fresno has a very good D.  They gave up points in the second half and if it weren’t for their offense handing USC the ball might have only given up 14 in the first half.

Hahaha. Yeah,  PROBABLY some rythmic slapping too but the 50,000 plus  witnesses recanted. Saw it in Twitter so I’m running with it.

Well done by the way. Very clever  🤣

Fresno State’s defense was impressive. Physical and aggressive. The two turnovers they created on Waymo’s and Dixon -Wyatt fumbles prevented another two touchdowns. I was disappointed that our OLine didn’t succeed in a couple of short yardage situations where a run was obvious. We didn’t get push.

I thought they were very hard hitting and very physical. that was not a typical group of five defense. In my opinion
