      Wright had over 30 scholarship offers before landing one from USC. Clemson was once seen as the favorite, but the opportunity to be coached by Riley was too much to pass up.

      Why are we happy about the midget 29th ranked QB? Recruited and evaluated by the perennial failure of a coach? Serious questions?

        Well, you’re right about getting too excited about a guy who isn’t going to be on campus for two years and who committed to a coach and not the school.

      Yep Bruddah Balls, C. LR did well picking Tre Wright.  Shoot, C. LR has a very slow, process which get us fans riled.  But, no one should ? C. LR, when he finally chooses/offers a QB it will be a top QB.

      TW rankings and ratings will climb.  Stupid TW ranked #29 in N and only 3*.  I think by the end of 2026 FB season TW will be a 5* and top 10 ranked QB.  He is a tremendous athlete, great player at (FB and BB), nice arm, runs like a RB, very fast, dunks with ease (A+ vertical & jumping ability)…

      Google.  Lone Star, Frisco, Texas guard Trey Wright averaged nearly 20 points per game, earned First Team All-District honors, and went viral for a spectacular in-game dunk over a taller center.  Big Shaka.  Shoot, if he played SG, he would score more maybe 28 ppg.

      It will be interesting if Tre Wright gets invited to the Elite 11 QB competition (finals) as a junior (Rare).  Most QB’s are seniors.  I say he will get invited.  Dat’s when his star ratings will jump from 3 stars to 4 stars or maybe 5 stars.  The Elite 11 favors Pro Style QB’s, since they  emphasize passing skills and not running skills.

      As a DT QB, Tre Wright has to be the very best in nation.  Dang, he runs like a RB and very fast…  Cheers
