ParticipantWith da 2027 R class almost completed (maybe 2-3 more players), GM Bowden and C. LR has been targeting, making offers on top 2028 and even 2029 players. Looks like USC will not get a 2027 QB, and looking over the top 15 2028 QB’s, USC is not listed on anyone of them? Man, C.LR is such a slow QB evaluator. We just got to be patient with his R style, I’m sure he will get an A+ QB for 2028.
So far, USC is focusing and targeting 3 of CIF best 2028 OL. Wow dis would be an amazing 2028 OL class. No wonder 2027 is a small OL class.
1. Austin Attalah, 6-7, 295, 4*, Cajon HS, San Bernardino, #3 OL-T nation, #1 Ca player, USC has a slight lead.
2. Lincoln Fa’alafi, 6-8, 350, 4*, J.Serra Catholic, San Juan Capistrano, #8 OL-T nation, #3 Ca player, USC has a slight lead.
3. Etisha Mueller, 6-4, 280, 4*, St John Bosco, #8 IOL nation, #6 Ca player, USC has a slight lead.
4. Maui Tonata, 6-5, 315, 4*, Orem HS, Utah, #1 OL-T nation, #1 Utah player, Neb has a slight lead, but USC is in da R game.

Participant2028 QB for C.LR and USC
According to one of USC’s top podcaster’s, C.LR has targeted these QB’s for 2028. The podcaster said C.LR looks for his type of QB = physical skills but most of all QB IQ = smart, able to read D, lead team, cool under pressure. When he evaluates a HS QB or TP QB, he wants the complete package. Who is gonna ? C.LR, he is a top QB guru.
1. Don Tabron, 6-4, 195, Cass Tech HS, Detroit, Mich, 4*, 3 N, 3 player St
2. Josh Boyd, 6-4, 185, Vista Del Largo HS, Moreno Valley, Ca, 4*, 5 N, 4 St
3. Titus Huard, 6-5, 210, Valor Christian HS, Co, 4*, 9N, 2 St (Yep he comes from the famous QB Huard family from Washington).
4. Jayden Wade, 6-4, 200, IMG Academy, Fl, (from Los Angeles), 5*, 1 N, 3 St, UGA commit. A flip by C.LR?
5. Thaddeus Breaux, 6-5, 225, Hamilton HS, Los Angeles, (Soph-2029 class) no ratings yet, but the R service people say he will be the #1 QB N and #1 player Calif. The podcaster think he is C.LR main target and will most likely get him to re-classify to 2028. Dang no wonder C.LR did not go after Weber or Jones for 2027 class. All along he had dis kid as his top Dog QB after Jonas Williams. Oh, Breaux was born, family from Louisiana, but grew up in Calif; so he is a Cali kid… Shaka
PS. Looks like we are gonna get one of these guys as our QB for 2028 (Big Shaka). Heck, we should feel good about our QB situation… Cheers

2028 QB class
Saw a podcast show yesterday, according da podcaster, another QB has emerge for C.LR. Podcaster said C.LR is interested in 5*, Chris Vargas, 6-4, 180 lbs, Jr, St John HS, Ma, #2 QB N, Pro style. Soph stats: 2,038 yds, 24 Td’s, 67%, lead team to Mass D-2 State Championship game but loss. C.LR wants him to come out for a visit and workout.
Saw his Soph (2025 season) HL tape and not impressed with da kid. Again, I do not know how he can be the #2 rated QB in nation and most of all tabbed as a 5 star? Dang these R services kills me. I find dat the R services really FU rating QB’s. As a passer, I rate him maybe A-, does not run much, but on 2 runs shows he is capable, my rating C. I say No on dis kid. Ohio St leads 93%.
C.LR O is lethal with an A+, top DT QB or a QB dat can run for good positive yards (at least a B rated runner). The more I see podcasters hyping players for USC, show dat their motive is all about getting fans to subscribe to their YouTube show. I’ve come to da conclusion dat they do not really have inside info, just throwing out names and most of all poor talent evaluators.
The 2028 QB’s dat impressed me so far and from the original 5 listed above: Thad Breaux, Soph (2029 class, must reclassify to 2028) & Jayden Wade, Jr (UGA 2028 commit, C.LR must flip him). Heck, C.LR should go after these QB’s hard. 3rd QB, Don Tabron would do. Plus, guaranty there are under da radar DT QB’s out there. Shoot, C.LR and his staff must work harder and find them… Cheers

ParticipantFinally C. LR pulls the trigger, gave out his 1st QB offer, Trey Wright. 24-7 profile on Trey Wright, 3 star, 5-11, 180 lbs, Junior/11th grade, Frisco Lone Star HS, Texas (5A division). DT QB. Led the nation in T Offensive yds = 5,854 yds, P = 4,062 yds, 38 TD, R = 1,792 yds, 21 TD (Crazy numbers). Very fast 4.42 40 yds = 10.6 100 m. Saw his tape, TW is explosive, strong arm, runs like a RB. No wonder C. LR offered him. Hell, no way he’s only a 3 star, I rate him 4+ stars all da way. Hope we get him.
Rivals list him 5-9? Nah, looking at his HL tape, the eye ball test, he looks every bit 5-11. When he’s next to OL, LB, DL, without ? he’s 5-11. Read where his HS coach said for sure he will grow. Bet you C. LR figured that out as well. 29th QB in N, shoot the R services FU rating QB’s the most. He has to be in the top 12-14 QB in N.
Offers: Clemson, SMU, TCU, OU, Missouri, Florida St & others. Clemson and OU are his leaders. USC is late in da game. Looks like the top 10 QB’s did not impress C. LR. Can’t ? C. LR when it comes to QB’s; he is the best QB coach in country.
See his Soph tape. Impressive QB and athlete.

Keymasterthink about this. These evaluations. These sizes? After after their soph year of hs.
6-4 290? 350? Bunch of 6-4 qb? What the actual f are they feeding these kids? How big were you at that age? I was like 4-10 and covered in pimples. Ok maybe not that short but not far from it. Holy crap. Are these kids 19 year old sophomores?
This is bananas.

ParticipantYeah Bruddah Java, freaken amazing how big these HS kids are. 2028 class are Jr’s/11th grade, but dang. Noticed all 4 2028 OL are Poly boys; these guys are naturally big. Heck, when I lived in Hawaii, my friends said Hawaiian and Samoan new born’s were 12-15 lbs. If I remember well 1963-75 da HS Hawaiian OL were 195 to 250 range, some at 260. I do not believe there were any above 260?
In my time, 1954-57 our team, 1st string OL/DL 180 to 210; had 3 teammates at 225 (2nd string). But we were farm (haole) boys, zero fat… Cheers
PS. Man between Poly, Haole-white and Popolo-black boys they are just so freaken Big. Hell, in the strongest man TV competition, beginning 1977 practically all the contestants/winners (95%) were Haole dudes.

2028 RB’s.
Saw a USC podcaster show last night, he listed/talked about some 2028 RB’s USC are R right now. Saw their HL tapes and only like 2. I will rate them 1-10. There are other, more highly ranked RB’s out there, hopefully USC will get to them.
Noel Washington, 4.*, 6-0, 190 lb, Notre Dame HS, Sherman Oaks, Good size, very fast runs track, 10.65 100 m, complete RB. (9.0) Yes
Malaki Davis, 3.5*, 6-1, 220 lb, Centennial-Corona HS. Big Back, average speed, strong and powerful. 4.75 40 yd = est 11.4 100 m. Saw him play 3 times on TV. (8.5) Yes
Dalen Powel, 4 *, 6-0, 190, Ruston HS, La, 4.7 40 yd = 11.25 100 m (good speed), complete RB. (8.3) Maybe
Jaion Smith, 3*, 6-0, 190, Santa Margarita Catholic, Ca, 4.75 40 = 11.4 100 m average speed, complete RB. (6.5) Nope Hope GM Bowden does not offer/waste a ride on dis kid due to USC’s strong connection to SMC HS and C.Palmer. Sorry, Smith is not USC caliber RB.
James Caruso, 3*, 6-0, 195, Clovic HS, Fresno, 4.7 40 yd = 11.25 100 m, good speed, very physical & complete RB. (6.8) Nope
2029 RB class. As of right now, da Big Dog is Soph, Makai Buchanan, 5-11, 185 lbs, Victor Valley HS, good speed 11.1 100 m. Buchanan has 30+ offers, USC, UGA, Ohio St, Bama, Texas, etc. GM Bowden and C.LR have him as a top priority R. They will most likely push him to re-classify for 2028. Seen his tape, very impressive RB (9.0) a Big Yes. By his Sr year, he should grow/develop 6-0, 195, 10.8 100 m, become a (10 ratings) and 4.5* ranked player. It’s gonna be a R battle for dis kid…

ParticipantI would highly recommend dat Soph, Thaddeus Breaux (Hamilton HS, Los Angeles) transfer to Sierra Canyon, Santa Margarita Catholic, SJB, Mater Dei, Centennial or even Inglewood. These teams would give him superior O talent and elevate his FB status. Dang, his passing stats would go thru the roof… Cheers

ParticipantBesides Caleb Williams who has CLR been able to bring in tag could compete for a Heisman?????
I mean he was stacking them in Okie. WTH is happening?
Was Malachi Nelson his highest rated QB recruit since hes been here?
CLR is a slow learner and maybe stubborn. I’m out of patience with him. Been a few years now.
Jenn and The Chad’s have saved his ass. Gary P may be the final piece to elevate us

ParticipantBruddah Pasadena, Without ? C. LR is the top QB guru. I think his 2026 O is gonna rip. QB Maiava will have big stats, and be a Heisman finalist (note Maiava was only a 3* HS rated QB). Dat is A+ coaching in my book. But, C.LR is not perfect, hell he went all in for 5* Malachi Nelson which turned out to be a big FU.
Nah, I believe AD Jenn and GM Bowden wanted to can his arse, but his remaining contract was too much. USC’s BoD did not want to absorb it, so they kept him on, but they must have talked to him (shape up or ship out 2026 season).
C.LR is a great O mind, but his teams have been soft with terrible D. We need a tuff minded HC like: C.Cignetti, C.Cristobal, C.Kiffin, C.Dillingham, C.Fisch. These coaches put together teams dat play physical FB and hard nose players. Let’s see if DC Patterson is the answer for our awful D’s. The talent is there. If DC Patterson is able to get USC D in top 12 N, I think USC makes the CFP 2026… Cheers

Very good news boys. Saw a podcast show last night, 8-10-26. Podcaster said he spoke to SS from ON3. SS told him 2 strong predictions for USC.
QB, Tre Wright, 5-11, 175, 3*, Texas, 98%
IOL, Elisha Muller, 6-4, 280, 4*, #8 rank, SJB HS, 98%
Dang, C. LR is stealing Tre Wright. Clemson & OU have been R him long and hard and lead all schools. Shoot, C. LR just entered the R game for TW and boom gets his main target. Big Shaka. Goes to show hard to compete with C. LR when he wants a QB. TW is way underrated at #29 N, 3* what a freaken joke. Dis kid is gonna Rip in C. LR O.
Nah, I would rate Tre Wright, 4.5* and Top 10 QB in nation. I’ve seen his HL tape several times, whoa he’s an amazing DT QB. I’m super excited, can’t wait to see him in action as a Trojan.
PS. In hindsight, it’s was a good thing USC did not go hard for Dane Weber or land any QB for 2027 class. Guaranty, dat influence Tre Wright picking USC. He will be QB1 in 2029 as a Soph. Looks like C. LR 2 years spacing for his top QB’s is a smart plan.
