      For 10 years we had absolute morons as HC. Lazy and incompetent. You can’t be both.

      We saw what Mora did in 2013 and now you see what Chesney is doing in 5 months.

      Chesney doesnt run home to his wife at 3pm to take a walk on Manhattan beach.

      We dropped those zeros and got with the hero.

      You just have to recruit a special kind of player to come to UCLA

      preferably one that likes to hear his own voice echo in the stadium

        USC was recruiting the same 4* players who committed to UCLA. Don’t be sad and bitter like Dena.
        Be classy like Bruddah Butkus.

      you would think after not winning a rose bowl in decades would have taught them some humbleness but that would take some level of pragmatism and common sense

        I don’t know Pasadena, a couple of commits were posted on the board, as is the norm here when one of our schools gets one, and you threw a fit and pissed up a rope and started whining. Ā Bruin fans are not doing anything other posters don’t do, no one is claiming anything other than posting the news, the only thing we are doing is teasing you based on your little tantrum.

        What does UCLA offer for a high profile recruit?

        big games and rabid fan base? Rose bowl is empty

        good school? They wonā€™t go to school.

        Playoffs? UCLA has never been

        nfl? They didnā€™t have anyone drafted this year

        big name coach? Lmao.

        tradition? I mean to a kid born in 2009? šŸ¤”

        cool uniā€™s? They are so cool they dumped the pastelsā€¦

        loyalty? They fired their black coach and former AA player in one year.

        loyalty 2.0? They are trying to break a 40 year lease with their stadium ā€œpartnerā€ in a lawsuit.

        This is what Iā€™m talking about when ATL says whoever canā€™t recruit ucla is a moron .

      1.Ā  Does HC Chesney allow committed players take other visits?Ā  USC does not.

      2.Ā  How many will be in your 2027 class, HS and TP?

      3.Ā  At UCLA’s big official visit (59 players, wow) last week, was Marcus Fakatou there?Ā  I think he has said he is interested in UCLA.Ā  Fakatou has a top 10, UCLA, USC, Oregon, UGA, Miami, Notre Dame, Ohio St, OU, Texas, Michigan.

        Yes, Marcus Fakatou was there and I don’t know Chesney’s policy of letting commits take visits.
