Got it! We all go to Mexico and leave our passports behind. When the Border Patrol refuses our re-entry, we sneak in and demand our $10K. When that runs out, we do it again. More income than most Americans, and we don't have to pay any income tax, social security, or medicare. After all, we are political refuges, fleeing the political insanity of Joe Biden.
Cal does pretty much the same with EBT, section 8, welfare. Medical. They all just go to the ER and pay nothing.
