@troystory I hope things get better for you. my personal economy is booming As I sit here today. i can’t seem to fuck up any investment. check the 70‘s and early 80’s for runaway inflation numbers. We are at 5% right now. that’s not runaway inflation.

@BigBallss Supply chain will eventually hit real estate too. At least for new homes, major upgrades. Maybe the Haitians masturbating on the beaches by me will get 100% financing, approved by Fannie, with 10 year deferred payments to help with real estate sales in the coming decade.
