OMG, the Denver Post outs the people behind posting DoBetterDenver on the web, resulting in death threats,, and may have even gotten the identities of the people wrong. The Post defended itself by saying "receiving threats is an expected part of being a journalist." They're civilians, and when wouldn't the Post protect THEIR sources? Meanwhile, the Mayors office investigates the web site, sicking the police on them, but refuses to honor freedom on information acts, stating that it was not in the public interest. Like the parents protesting LGBT indoctrination in public elementary schools, people protesting the dangers of people living on the streets and doing drugs must be sanctioned. Eventually, the Post will endorse,, and the government will open your mail to see if you are engaging in false consciousness, and the Stasi rises again. First Amendment for me, but not for thee.
