And they honk their horns too much. Boston too. If I ever commit murder it will be shorting some dude who honks at me in either of those cities

Running payroll and answering phones is the mark of a successful businessman? I don't understand that at all. That is small mind. I get what you are trying to say, that to be a great leader you have to have run all positions of the company from front desk to shipping and receiving. That is fine for a business of 5 people who "wear many hats", or a one-chair dental practice or triplex rental, but not for building skyscrapers.
