Besides the TV market?
Well, USC would have to LOSE it's next 30 rose bowls to have the same winning percentage as the Oregon ducks.
It's called the grandaddy for a reason. More people watch the rose bowl than any other bowl. It's as American as apple pie.
I think It's a math thing. Anyone want to check my math. Ducks are 2 out of 5 in their storied history, which is 40 percent.
USC has won 25 rose bowls of 34 trips. That's about 73 percent and some change. To get to about 40 percent it would have taken SC losing every rose bowl through the year 2052. Not saying it couldn't have happened before the merger (cause that's more of what it actually was ). But it doesn't seem likely.
So if you can't beat em. buy em. Now THAT is the American way. Ask the doyers. LMAO.
Huh. sc
Stop? I didn’t start this thread with mis information . And he was bragging about his math, He asked someone to check his math so I did . He wasn’t kinda right at all. The Ducks won 3 recent RBs. What is the point of this thread? You guys are in the Big ten. Why do you even care about anyone in the PAC. Why the obsession? why is SC always following the Bruins around like a lost puppy?
I must be in an alternate dimension. I could have sworn I watched the Ducks beat Wisconsin twice and Florida St once. I was there for those games. and the Ducks have been to 8 RBs, not 5. They won the 1st one. So that’s 4 wins. I’ll let you redo the math
