Fresno Mike's problem is he still thinks todays Notre Dame is the same Notre Dame of Rockne, Leahy and Paraegian. It's not even remotely. Also he tended to be condescending in his treatment of you know who. He would appear after a Notre Dame win but disappear when they lost.

OR's program has also been better than USC for over a decade.

In the last 20 years USC has 2 natties , 4 Heismans , a 34 game win streak and more major bowl wins then the pretender Duck. Win a nattie then you can get in the conversation until then it's still USC's world.
