Really. I think there are a couple on there that I wouldn't pursue but otherwise I agree with the go big approach as well as the fit issue. I also agree with the elements he thinks are needed to succeed at USC...Some of the names I read on this board are not going to be a fit at USC while others are retired and I'm not sure they have the energy to actually do a great coaching job. I also think the way the NFL game is played today a lot more NFL pedigree's would work in the college game..

Everything Chris Petersen has. No nonsense, winner, has team prepared. Even has cleaned up a shit hole mess that a former SC moron coach left.

His coaching if you didn't notice was diminishing. He didn't have the drive to continue. Burn out and you saw it in his last couple seasons at UW. His offence and play calling looked like crap his last few years at UW as well..I'd pass even if he were interested...

@OldHickoryTrojan Peterson was boring and predictable. Fundamental I suppose you could say. Wasn’t there dazzle dazzle that we saw at Boise. I just think the guy is small town. Control freak. Mormon. Humorless. La is a tough place. Helton Was a nice guy and you all chewed him up for it. Didnt stand a chance from day 1. Peterson? He will bring it on himself.
