projected as a 2nd or 3rd Rounder? At his size. 1st Team AA. P12 DPOY? At USC? He must have run a poor 40??? I don’t get it. He looked pretty good to me. BTW Except against Dulcich (utla TE). Dulcich beat him. Just to big/fast.
Unoficially ran a 4.61 40 at USC Pro Day. That seems fast enough to me? Maybe he sneaks up. Only 12 reps on the bench. Not a good look/mark especially for a guy who gets hurt. THen again maybe he was nursing his shoulder a bit To let it heal the last few years.

I'm guessing it's a position thing. Maybe the bench hurt his chances at lb and the speed might have hurt him as a safety?
Small, slow, and fragile. Great college player but will get abused as a pro. Dulcich is a perfect example of what Hufanga will experience in the league

Might turn out to almost be a Matt Grootegoed comparison, although as I recall Matt was a free agent signing with Tampa and not drafted. Not a perfect "physical" comparison, but a fairly good analogy nevertheless.
Wrong wrong and mostLy right. :)
who knows!! Time will tell. I think he has the talent to be an NFL starter.
Time will tell, but he's definitely no Polamalu. I think he'll be in and out of the league within 3 years.

@D CLEATER he is always around the ball and that is why he will be a good but probably not great pro.
@D CLEATER He’s no Polomalu lol.
way to put yourself out there Smh
Looks like the first two DBs taken from the p12 in the draft will be Washington's Elijah Molden and Oregon's Jevon Holland.
Interesting because if Helfrich hadn't screwed the pooch his final season in Eugene, Elijah would have followed his dad, Alex (from the duck's 1994 Rose Bowl squad), to Oregon. Instead, the pooch (Huskies) got Molden.
Interesting. Hufunga was also from the Northwest area back in HS...
