After we clobber SJ St. Helton must go! Nothing's changed from his having to go dating back 3-4yrs ago. The urgency is just higher. Fight On (sans Helton)
expect SJSU to be a very close game. Gomer loves playing down to the level of the opponent and squeaking out a win then patting himself on the back for beating a tough tier 3 squad
I don’t think that’s easy at all and I’m not that thrilled w byu at the end. I do think USc has a better chance at beating byu end of year than beginning. Depth. Attrition
hate going to nd two times in a row and losing a home game to those scums
10-2 seems optimistic. I think 9-3 keeps clay his job though in reality 8-4 might do It. I think UsC at this point looks for excuses to keep him and amd 6-1 last year buys him another year or two. Even though last year was very fortunate to be 6-1 and the team wasn’t that good.
at some point if they have a strong recruiting year again. Then you put 2-3 classes together back to back to back and you’ve got enough talent to get through. USC may be another year or two out on that
Congrats on no creampuffs! We quacks have two....every heard of Stony Brook? lol...me either (play Fresno St too).
But I suppose that's our reward for playing in the Shoe this year. That's right, can't wait for my trip to Columbus....a game there should be on the bucket list of every college football fan.
So you could argue ducks have probably both the toughest and the easiest OOC opponents of any team in the p12 this season...
BTW funny scheduling quirk: Oregon and USC will meet during the regular season for the 10 years from 2013 to 2022 exactly 3 times....2015, 2016 and 2019. Unless they change the game in 2022 currently scheduled vs UCLA.
You have a tough schedule. At Utah, UCLA, Ohio State, Washington!!!!!! You probably will face a once beaten USC team in the Conference Final. That is in Las Vegas.
The talk around SC is that fans will be allowed this fall (no word on capacity), in person classes as well. We are 5 months away. I saw a documentary on pbs about the 1918 Spanish Flu pandemic. at the end of the program the narrator said, “ and then one day , the virus disapppeared as mysteriously as it got here.” I think we are at that part today.
and no thursday or Friday games. Also, a bye before ND game. the last 4 games are the tough stretch but they come at the end of the season when we will have built up a prettry good record. This might be the year to get the Irish.
So if we lose to San Jose, does Gomer get fired after first game? Does coach Bohn take over?

Losses to Wazzu, ASU, and ND. BYU is a toss up as Graham will still call 60 passes against 8 men in coverage

Has anyone heard anything about ticket sales/capacity? Hopefully, King Newsome is recalled before the season starts...
That looks like a VERY favorable schedule. No Oregon. No Washington. UCLA and Utah at home. 10-2 looks good.
Finishing with BYU is interesting. We owe them one from 2019
