He can count his quarters while watching on TV in Lubbock Texas or could have prepped for NFL dollars at the beach in LA

Maybe but who is to say he would have been a major contributor at USC with the talent they have brought in. They appear to have three pretty good RB's according to all reports and one guy that the coaches rave about. One thing for sure he had to learn to pass block in order to compete for a starting job...with that said I wouldn't trade an oppertunity to start at USC for one to start at Texas Tech.

Those non contact injuries are lethal. I'm not even sure what it means but I'm imagining cleats getting "stuck" during a plant and twist movement. Or an awkward change of direction. either way, it sucks. The NIL cash should ease some of the pain for him.
