The ncaa defines taregeting as using excessive force beyond a legal tackle. What is excessive force?
First, this wasn't a late hit. Player was starting his attempted sack and didn't take an extra step. Everything looks diferrent in slow motion, where it looks worse. This happened increadibly fast.
Second Sanders jr turned into a limp rag doll on contact. Kamara should probably have let up on contact so maybe it's unnecessary roughness , but in review he just finished the tackle . This is similar to the SC utah game last season.
He didn't lead with the crown of his helmet. Now it seems everytime helmets touch it's targeting.
The only reason it looked like Kamara of Cst looked like he drove Sanders jr in to the ground (nfl rule) is because Sanders is a skinny weak tit bitch.
here it is again in slow motion.
Changed the outcome of the game. sc
