I spent a career in an industry that is one of the more heavily regulated business in the country, medical equipment. Most of the regs (maybe not all) were put there for patient safety. You learn to work within the regs. If you do so and if you put a better product on the market than your competition with better service there is a 90% chance you will be successful.
