That's the lazy explanation you'd expect from lazy asses like Haden, Swann, and Helton. But it's bullshit.
The honest explanations are:
"Our coaches have done a bad job of evaluating high school talent."
"Our coaches have done a terrible job of recruiting offensive and defensive linemen."
"Our coaches can't develop the talent they have. And there's a good argument that players get worse the longer they stay in the program."
"The offense we run stinks."
"The defense we run stinks."
"Our coaches are incapable of managing a game efficiently."
"Our team plays soft, ill-prepared, and football-stupid."
Maybe I missed one or two. But you get the drift.
Gator speaks! Where was this running game all season long?
Caruso is a cancer but money means everything at SC.
Like I posted Bohn does not have a great track record for hiring FB coaches. Foit will make sure she gets her input about Diversity non-alpha male etc. The BOT you hope learned it's lesson...I don't buy it. This is the same BOT that gave the disgraced last president of the university a lifetime membership to the BOT. This is the guy that cost the university millions of dollars in lawsuits. What indication do you have that says the BOT with Caruso in charge has figured anything out...hell they can't even manage their own board meetings without turmoil.
Disagree .... BOT is seeing a great football program solves more problems than it creates. At least, they had better learned this.
With the new rules and neutered NCAA many of the past fears are no longer. Now is the time with SC vast resources and player sponsorship opportunities to be all in. No one can compete with SC regarding this including those backward rebel yell SEC creeps. Just hire a decent coach that doesn’t act like that ahole attention whore Kiffin, have mental problems like Suck, or completely incompetent like Gomer. A real coach. They are out there.
everyone relax. Let’s see who the next coach is and go from there. Good times ahead.
Those players lol .... only Gomer would think that motley crew can play big time football. Slovis wouldn’t start at UC Davis
