That guy is an idiot when he says Urban was just a recruiter type of coach. Seems like when he started he sure the heck didn't just recruit.He developed an offence that many copied from his. Although he may have developed into a great recruiter I believe he was great because he knew how to detect talent. Lastly anyone who watched him explain his offence or show on TV his examples on how to use the specific techniques that he was witnessing in the game knows he has a hell lot of football knowledge. Lets not forget the reason Laban left the NFL was mostly due to the fact he didn't get to call the shots on the draft or on trades. I suspect Urban suffers from the same issues. Too many GM's and owners that have never played the game calling the shots. As far as the USC rumours, I'll believe those when Carol is booted out the door...
