Pictures like that are hard to judge:

    Is it great OL Play?

    Is it Shithole DL Play?

Did both lines run the wrong play (so it worked)?

Is this the Homeless Guy running from Security?

I see two different OL's grabbing jersey. Would that be called "Holding" these days or would this level of holding likely be called?

i WOULS Say the hold on #10 is likely to be called because he is reaching out for the runner and the grab is outside the pads. But I'm wrong most of the time.

I would agree with you that #18 Raymond Scott is being held if the Oline guy had his arms extended while holding the block. oline keeps his arms inside his body, not extended. No hold. same for the other side where the Oline guy has a handful of jersey. That’s common and won’t get laundry on the field unless the arms get extended. Good technique displayed by the line in opening this big ole hole. Coach Mangino could run thru it.
