Java, Can't Write or Reply to a Post. Weird. Need your help. Please fix my technical problems.

It gets bound up like Elvis during his final days sometimes, you have to give it a little jostle and refresh, or click back and re-hit the post. Sometimes it makes everything in Chinese or weird symbols. Probably whatever spy agency is reading this on the back end.
