Sometimes you aren’t as bad as your losses and sometimes you aren’t as good as your wins. I suspect both are the case with Chip’s team.
Lot of football left. Better to lose early to a non conference foe. Neither ucla nor SC were going to be a playoff team this year so now it’s a fight for the south title. Not an ideal goal but it’s where they’re at.
