...ALMOST what Travis Dye was to USC last season.
Maybe not quite on par since Oregon already has Troy Franklin at WR whereas USC had nobody at RB IIRC.
Plus Gary's biggest competition at slot might be Tez Johnson (Nix's adopted brother - no joke!)....#2 highest-graded returning WR in college for 2023 per PFF.
Remind me why some of you Trojans were ok with Bryant leaving? hythloday1 had some pretty decent praise after reviewing his tape (along with questions as to Helton's wisdom...)

I hope GB does well at Oregon. He will have a good QB throwing him the ball. Let's look at what he left behind, He left a situation with a Heisman QB and a great offensive play caller. Why? GB fits the mold of a Riley WR in terms of size, speed, wiggle . Unlike Ford ( ucla) who is stiff, bigger dude, little wiggle and decent not great speed. I doubt Riley wanted GB to leave but I guess he didnt see himself getting featured with Tahj, Mario, Branch, Singer, Raleek all being similar inside WR's. Dye was going to be a major contributor or starter at Oregon, Im not so sure the same can be said of Bryant at USC. I forgot to mention Addison who is gone but seemed to be the last straw for GB. I am not familiar enough with the Oregon roster to say, but a quick glance indicates the top returning guys are bigger dudes so the inside WR spot might be open enough to give a slot guy like GB a good shot to play a lot. He can also be a good special temas contributor.
