Not sure how much bowling you've done but if he has more of a straight up style and uses a light ball it wouldn't put much of any strain on his internal organs. If he's a spinner, I'm not buying the laceration story.
If he plays saturday, we'll know you're right. No way he would be cleared if it was truly lacerated.
