Genius Dave aranda lost 31-3 to Kansas State. He is now 6-4
Coach Blowin & Goin is 5-5, second best coach in America according to Art Vista. He managed to lose 23-20 to Chuck N Duck at West Virginia (EI EI O) who scored 10 4th quarter points.
Iowa State and Matt Campbell lost 20-14 to OK State. Campbell is now 4-6 and still in last place in the Big 12.
Sloppy Seconds just lost 17-10 to TCWho to run their record to 6-4. Considering people still had Tejas ranked #4 in some power polls after 2 losses, they should be #1 by now. If losing is good, Sark has Texas on the way to Nirvana.
Not only did the leg humper group of coaches go 0-4 on the weekend, they have accumulated an astounding 19 loses between them, 9 games into the season. There are still 2-3 weeks to go, so there's time from some real statement making among these coaching superstars.
Colin Cowherd s now officially off the Steve Sloppy Seconds bandwagon
Sarkisian's Texas Longhorns failed to capitalize on the opportunity to knock off an undefeated opponent at home on Saturday, losing 17-10 to TCU.
The loss dropped Texas to 6-4 on the season, and while that's already an improvement on the 5-7 mark they posted in 2021, Sarkisian's first season, it still isn't good enough for a marquee program
Overall, Sarkisian is 11-11 at UT going into next weekend's game at Kansas.
"I’ve finally come to terms w/Sark," Cowherd tweeted late Saturday night. "He just doesn’t win enough. Took me a while but I think that’s the biggest issue."
The final two games of the season for the Longhorns--at 6-3 Kansas and home against 6-4 Baylor--are truly tossups. Win them both, and Texas will have locked up its first eight-win regular season in four years.
Split the pair or, God forbid, lose both games, and the grumbling about Sarkisian will get louder
Cowherd certainly is a genius "finally come to terms, he just doesn't win enough" Yeah genius talking head, that's kind of the object of the game and the job schools pay these guys millions to do.
Sark was 5-7 last year and 6-4 this year. Texas recruited very well under their previous genius coach, Tom Herman, so rebuilding the program should not have been necessary. Sark is wrapping up year two and is 11-11. Lincoln Riley arrives at USC and is 9-1, inheriting far less talent and a bigger mess than Texas ever had.
Tom Herman Coaching Résumé
2020 Texas Season 7-3
2019 Texas Season 8-5
2018 Texas Season 10-4
2017 Texas Season 7-6
Looks like Herman inherited a mess. Made it better and then did "ok" Sark is about to put two seasons together worse than anything Herman did, and got fired for.
Cowherd is an idiot.
