AVT 32 1/8 arm length, that pretty much excludes him from being a tackle prospect. He will probably make it passed Minnesota and get taken by the Jets.
4.51 40 is not the time ARSB was looking for. He stated before he ran that he wanted to run a 4.40. My guess is that he'll be a 3rd/4th round pick...and have a productive career as a #2/#3 receiver for a team in the NFL....
Not a huge fan of Amon myself. He’s Good at many things but master of none. Ok hands. Ok size. Ok speed. Ok Quicks. He is a tough competitor tho. Plus factor there. I think he needs to be in right system and obviously the right QB. Could be a steady player. Steve Smith (USC version) is good call. I thought Steve was a little faster and had better hands but still a good comparison
@Pasadena Trojan Have to agree there. He's a competitor, he runs good routes and is physical for his size. He does not have top notch speed even though he's no slug. He does NOT have great hands and is kind of a Steve Smith light. Steve Smith was a savvy player who ran terrific routes. Not knocking Amon as he is a good receiver. Bur definitely a notch below S Smith imo.
Jack of all trades master of none is fair. Good at a lot of things but not great at any one thing.
@BigBallss We need him to have time in the pocket. With London and the rest of the receivers he just needs a little bit of time imho. He doesn't even need to be great, just good and have a little time to throw. He's been thrown around like a rag doll and the coaches need to fix that yesterday or we will have wasted his talents. It's more than just o line talent. mho
4.51 is pretty good!!! Wow. Good work there. He never looked/played like a 4.4 guy to me so that’s not a surprise.
Thanks for intel.
