At a board. I don't think anyone would have predicted St Peters. But every Big Ten game I picked I picked wrong. Michigan, Indiana first game, Iowa LOST. Ohio State is winning. Man that sucks. I figured there was no way the Big Ten could have 9 good teams.
OK, I picked South Dakota State over Providence. Phooey on me for reading an article. Got 3 of the 4 play in games wrong and only was right once because ND hit a OT buzzer beater
Totally blew marquette over Carolina NC murdered them. Went with SDSU over Creighton and that was OT and an 8-9 so that was about as close as you can get. Buuuuut. I was still wrong !!!
Going 1-3 in the first 4 wasn't exactly a great start
And I picked Loyola of Chicago over Ohio State because I figured Loyola has had several solid tournament runs. Ohio State is a lazy Big Ten team. Well. Talent and lazy won today :-)
I picked UCLA and they looked like they were about to Bruin it again. Pulled that out.
Sooooo up next. I got USC over Miami, duh. TCU over Seton Hall, Whiskey, and I have Davidson over Michigan State. Houston and Arizona coming up I also picked Duke, Illinois, Texas, Alabama, and I forget is I picked Iowa State over LSU. I might have since LSU's coach got fired, and I am trying to ride the Big 12 this tournament.
I may have a problem because I have given mid majors too much credit, west coast too much, Big 12 too much, and discredited the ACC, Big Tena and SEC. Everyone loves mid majors and they always stage upsets. Problem is, if there are 20 mid majors, there are like 3 upsets. And so where are they?
