Text messages between Trevor Bauer and the woman accusing him of sexual assault can be seen. She asks for slaps and pain.

some of the texts after the first date:

Accuser "..pink socks...off when it time to choke me out"

Bauer "you want to go out"?

Accuser "Si, that was a game changer"

Bauer "Tell me more"

Accuser "Never been turned on more in my life. Give me all the pain. Rawr"

Bauer "now I want my arm around your neck".

Accuser "Do it...harder"

Bauer "yes maam. What else does mami want?"

Accuser "Mmm get a couple slaps in there"..and tell me what else Papi wants"

Bauer "Slaps in the face or ?"

Accuser "Yes yes and yes"

Bauer "do you even know what pain is" ?

This and other texts indicate she is the one initiating and setting up the dates and sexual discourse. Bauer goes along. This is a very interesting case, and if tried, will establish precedent.

Why has Bauer not been arrested yet? A criminal attorney friend told me The Pasadena Police Dept has suspicions regarding her motives. There is no doubt Bauer committed battery on a woman, whether she asked for it or not. It is still an offense, but is it prosecutable? The attorney said there is no precedent in this case, as it appears the rough sex was complicit and much of the battery may also have been complicit. But does complicity really matter here? The sex deviant Bauer beat her up regardless of her complicity.

One may argue that he took it too far, and I would agree. The prosecution is searching for some precedential case value, but so far there is none that match the complexities of this incident. They may see it as unwinnable and extremely expensive to prosecute. Bauer (on the Dodgers payroll) has very deep pockets. Additionally, it appears she has not been cooperative with the PDD. There are rumors she has an uncomplimentary arrest record. Connect the dots.

Nonetheless, she will win big in a civil case. That is the motive, and that is how Bauer will lose. He will also lose in the court of public opinion. He already has, and rightfully so.

Admittedly they are both creepy pervs here. They both walk a line neither should FWIW.
