Office space is getting hammered. If the building is attached to something you own, then it may be a great deal. A friend of mine bought an office building and got some free money on a grant from the state to convert it from office to apartments . That might be an interesting move. I'm seeing more mixed use buildings around town. Retail on the first floor apartments on the top floors.
