if Titans were harmed they should have sent a claim to USC for damages, maybe USC would have paid? Why the rush to file a lawsuit? It is all a publicity stunt. Neither nor USC was in privity of contract with Titans, so not duty was owed under the contract. The Tennessee statute is overbroad and probably unconstitutional.
