Fist off it was declared a Tax which Obama later denied, and will forever deny. It wasnt considered a natural right under the constitution as Obama leaned to. .
It was also a cop-out by the Supreme Court who basically did not endorse it but said in essence it isnt something that is unconstitutionla as a tax and it aint our property, its yours.
It isnt a mandate as many busiineses may pay the TaX/fine/whatever and opt out on heathcare and let the government be stuck with the bill What does this mean? To enact the bill will diminsh jobs in small cpmpanies who cant afford it. Some businesses could give a "Fitness stipend " and let people find thei own level of insurance and pay the rest or pay a tax to our government. From past history taxes never get rescinded in whole back to the taxpayer.Just more money to entitlement programs.
So its a ping pong ball that was batted back from the SCOTUS to Obama and the liberals saying in essence "Proceed at your own risk". We didnt give you our ownership nor our denial.
