...answer. This is a business decision. You and your service benefit from continuity, which means your business is served well by keeping these workers in place. Paying these designers more plays a role in your ability to price your service at a premium. But let's focus on workers who are less critical to your success. Do you also pay a meaningful premium to them?

If I'm Sub Zero and I can get the same quality of labor for less in Arizona and have less government red tape getting in the way, it makes all the sense in the world to make that change. Besides, you obviously don't *actually* care about these workers. If so, you would buy products made here instead of supporting the continuing migration of manufacturing jobs to Asia. Every time you spend money on an Asian made good, you are taking money away from a product that could have saved jobs in the US. So why do you do it? Because you're no better than the guys at Sub Zero who are looking to have the best product at the lowest possible price.
