...unilaterally pay your workers far more than the competition. You don't do that, of course, because you don't want to have a pricing disadvantage when you're in a bidding situation. But at least in your world, clients are less price sensitive because there is an artistic element to your work. When it comes to consumer goods, people bid on price and perceived quality.

Oh, and when you buy your Samsung, it will be made by people who make less than the people who made your Sub Zero, because they don't have to put up with the union bullshit at their Asian factories. Not very altruistic of you!
