doors and drawers are impossible to open, the pullout drawers in our freezer come off the track daily and the refrigerator is less deep than just about any other model. And, seriously, here's the thing about refrigerators: They have one job, to keep things cold. The Sub Zero doesn't do that better than any other and the complaints I've outlined make it worse than less-expensive models. Next one we buy will be a Samsung.
