until Republicans balanced it and his economy from 1992 to 1995 was CRAP. The economy took off with republicans balancing the budget and then tweaking his tax increase with a modest tax reduction. So from 1997 to 1999 the economy was excellent. From 1992 to 1994 it was crap.
