Clinton's first budget was what did the trick. The deficit was trimmed and Wall Street saw that a Democrat was serious about fiscal responsibility. It is a myth that only after the gop took Congress did the budget deficit fall. In each of Clinton's first two years, the deficit fell.
You know what's funny? You idiots (And YOU are an idiot) actually think the economy does better under republican presidents. By every measure, the economy dois better under Democrats. EVERY measure.
