if the NCAA said that USC is guilty in football of the Reggie Bush matter ... and USC is additionally tagged with giving back the 1962, 1967, 1972, 1974 and 1978 national titles and all them victories because it was found that John McKay and John Robinson and Marv Goux lied to the NCAA about "I Can't recall admitting ringers and paying them for tickets" back then .... maybe the Sixties and early Seventies would have produced SC teams that rivaled the 1980-2000 SC teams ... mediocre with a few runs at the Pac 10 title and 8 straight losses to UCLA.
