you know how when some teams have a bad losing streak vs their rival, fans say "I will take a 1-11 season if it's over so and so!" of course that's just joking. I don't care how bad the ND and UCLA streak got, if SC went 2-10, the outrage would be off the charts, yes on the days of beating the rivals things would be fine, but the entire staff would be fired as would the AD if SC ever went 2-10 or 1-11 in a season, even if they beat a rival.
For UCLA though, they really would LOVE 1-11 if the 1 win meant beating SC. They'd consider it a NC. Funny story, after 2006, the baseball field bowl in which that crappy Florida State team crushed UCLA, many Bruins fans on their boards were saying "oh well, great year though!" and "tough break tonight vs the Noles but what a year! Go Bruins!"
Uhhhh they went 7-6. Of course they were pleased with the season only cause they beat SC and ruined our season.
