While coaching is tops IMO...you can'tt win without SOME talent.

TruckstopU is difficult place to ecruit, but the spread wins games with lesser talent...if he can win games he's not suppossed to win, he may grab enough attention to get some semi-elite talent.

West Virginia wasn't all that great without White and Slaton...
