I know "most" Marines don't fly desks, or sweep up the kitchen while the rest of the guys are where the action is, but you were most likely one of thos guys.
As for selling insurance in big cities, I not only sold it in NYC this week as referenced in another post, but did it several times last year in Chicago and will do so again soon. Fed Ex, Email and fax machines are probably a little beyond your comprehension, but ours is a fast paced world.
Pig farmers are good people. don't have any of them as clients though. I do have some corn and bean farmers though. All millionaires. Some many times over. Be surprised how much they spend on life insurance. I'd tell you, but you wouldn't understand. Afterall, you ride the short bus.
