I would agree.

This post is a little different than our exchange earlier.

You need talent, we agree there... And I also agree you need the role players, the 3/4 stars that probably don't have a future at the next level. IOW College ball is the end of football for them. But at the colloege level, they are smart, and most importantly coachable. And talented enough to be very effective.
