made sense to use the german term. Interesting that all of europe including germany uses ecg. Guess the US could change back now to ecg but it's as common as a code blue.

I remember the days when pagers were new and all hospitals used the overhead system. I remember when doctors would give their service called their exchange, the number of the restaurant they were at. Doctors would punch in their number when they got to the hospital so the operator knew they were there . Pagers and then cell phones changed everything. sc
