Again, that lady testified to Joe's own meddling in discipline matters that involved his players and how he actually called for a policy change to where all such matters would be handled by the athletic department (read: Paterno) and not independent oversight groups.

He was participatory in trying to keep shit under the rug rather than given sunlight.

That is not university spin, its public record by someone disgusted with both the university AND Paterno.
