Clots are just road blocks in your veins - your blood flows through arteries and veins (which are like pipes) and the blood provides oxygen to organs and sheet. A blood clot basically prevents the blood from flowing effectively, and that is not good, not ever. Not all blood clots will cause stroke or heart attacks, but they are potentially dangerous because if they dislodge and then block up an important vein or artery it could kill you... There are ways for doctors to dissolve the clots and I think some exercises can help them dissolve. Fat people get blood clots a lot more than chizzeled dudes like me.  I hate comparing myself to the mainstream because I'm a superior athlete but if you're fat you will probably die soon.
