what else is there? surely this is not a billing error if kiffin is pissed. if not a diagnosis failure, is this a failure to properly advise or worse, failure to properly asess? that is malpractice and something the attorneys on the board will pay close attention to
interventions often have expected failure rates, so malpractice is more difficult to prove with an intervention failure
