is Fillipino for F- U....We are seeing major consolidations of resources in my part of the country, as well.
More and more...NP and PA's guiding treatment which, honestly, is quite troublesome. The best is when they lack the appropriate oversight and have a limited knowledge base. Anyways, I am a fair bit younger than most of the docs here....Unfortunately the only world I know is one layered with ridiculous bureacracy.
