He had CHEST PAIN, you brain dead vaginal blood fart. I am not confusing ANYTHING. PE's present with chest pain, shortness of breath , tachypnea and tachycardia etc . I am BOARD certified in emergency medicine. I think I know what I am talking about. Diagnosis is now done by CAT SCAN. A monkey can point them out. YOU KNOW NOTHING about this subject. NOTHING.

He was diagnosed with a Pulmonary embolism , and the source was found to be an asymptomatic DVT. No he wasn't kicked. NO he didn't get injured tackling anyone. You wanting this changes NOTHING.

That's how it works. I know. You don't. I have diagnosed HUNDREDS. You have'nt. He did not present with a traumatic leg injury. And traumatic DVT's are RARE you freaking MORON. That's why this was a CASE REPORT. It was a relatively RARE EVENT. Common events do not get published as case reports, shit for brains. Do you need someone else to explain this to you? Immobilization is WAY more common.
