first, you have to define rising. Does that mean getting better? UCLA will be better next year and they will be much better in 2 years. I would bet any amount of money on it. UCLA will begin closing the gap on USC fast. 50-0 last year, this year if we lose 50-1 we are closing the gap. hahaha. Yahh.

Just watch out. If Hundley is the real deal, USC's perfect season will come crashing down at the Rose BOwl next year and Matt will go home a loser like Lionheart.
